Ordering was quick and I expected to receive the eSIM by email right away. After 2 days I called and it was quickly resolved. Ecuador turned out to be an uncommon country and it took them a bit more time to arrange. It would have been helpful to receive some communication about that, especially if you're close to departure. But it was resolved neatly.
