Coverage in Costa Rica

Helpful tips for installing eSIM on a phone
- Ensure a working internet connection during installation
- Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming on the eSIM
- Turn off Mobile Data and Data Roaming on your primary SIM to avoid high data costs outside Europe
- The QR code for an eSIM can only be used once. It is not possible to transfer an eSIM to another phone

Very good after-sales service
After ordering, I hadn't received anything. Gave them a quick call, spoke to a friendly employee who got to work right away, and within 5 minutes I received the email with the QR code for the eSIM

Could be better
After emailing 3 times because the eSIM was sent without an activation code, the 2nd time the QR code had expired and the 3rd time it finally worked. Meanwhile, I had already been in Costa Rica for 4 days without decent internet, which was quite frightening in a foreign country. Fortunately, all's well that ends well.
