The SIM cards for Europe are available with 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day unlimited plans*. These SIM cards are suitable for tethering and can therefore also be used with hotspots and MIFI routers.

(*) Please note the Fair Use Policy. In the event of excessive data usage, the provider may limit the (e)SIM’s capabilities. The Fair Use Policy assumes one unique user per (e)SIM. Normal use for navigation, email, internet searches, WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calls, and apps like Instagram and Snapchat do not involve the Fair Use Policy. However, the Fair Use Policy can be activated with, for example, extreme use of YouTube, TikTok, streaming services like Netflix, and online TV viewing, especially when multiple people share the connection via a hotspot or router. No refunds will be issued in case of violations of the Fair Use Policy.

Whatsapp with sim card Europe

All calls that run via the Internet such as with Whatsapp, Skype and FaceTime are of course also possible with the SIM cards for Europe. You will then use the data bundle on the sim card. You can always continue to use Whatsapp with your own existing contacts, groups and chats. After inserting a prepaid sim card, Whatsapp may ask if you want to create a new identity or if everything should stay as it was. If so, choose the latter and nothing will change. You can then continue to send messages and make calls with Whatsapp as usual.

Coverage in Europe

Coverage of mobile networks is generally excellent in Europe. This is certainly true in major cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona and Rome. In very remote natural areas there may be somewhat less coverage. Otherwise, there is good coverage in all villages and cities with the SIM cards for Europe.
