SIM card selection guide

Below you will find solutions for different types of prepaid SIM cards we offer. They are solutions for when mobile internet would not work immediately:

For your SIM card to work, it is important to follow the steps below:

– Make sure your data roaming is on.

– Check that your phone has 3G/4G turned on

– Connect to the local network manually. Try multiple networks if necessary.

– Reboot the phone

– Check the APN settings. If they are different from those listed below adjust them.

The settings for Android can be found here:

The user name should include internet .

Vodafone

For your SIM card to work, it is important to follow the steps below:
